Remortgaging may be able to help you secure a better mortgage rate which could save you money. You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing mortgage provider but most lenders do not impose a charge for you changing once any tie in period has expired.

Your initial consultation will be free. Our typical fee for arranging your mortgage is £199, however depending on your circumstances, a fee of up to 1.5% of the mortgage amount may be charged. In some circumstances this fee may be waived.
